Description:

• The Smart Cards Printer is used to print fan and members cards.
• You can print any ID information you like, and also picture of the supporter or fan.
• The printer is also used to print VIP cards, employee ID cards, security stuff ID cards, etc.
• This device not only print on the card surface, but also it can encode specific information in the card's memory.
• The card can be prepared at real time when the fan or member is at the office.
• Another alternative is to prepare the card at the back office, and to send it by surface mail to the supporter.
• The printer is supplied by us, but it also may be supplied by your local printers vendor
• Otot CRM software can be used to control the printer, or other, 3rd party software can be used to print the card, and then you use our "card encoder" (next item) just to encode the relevant information in the card's memory.

The Barcode Ticket printing software is used to print tickets, with barcode sign.

Each ticket is printed with specific barcode, to allow entry to the right venue, right gate, right time, etc...
and - only one entry will be permitted !

The software is mainly made for batch printing, at the venue office, before the event.

• This software is mainly use to print batch of tickets, as the following description.
• It is done at the venue back office, before the event.
• After printing, the tickets are sent to all tickets selling booths, for direct sell- "as is"
  without any farther printing - same as old fashion printed tickets.
• This method is of-curse much lower cost then a computerized POS, with ticket printer at each stand.
• in this case, you use Otot Access Software to send all the numbers of the tickets you actually sold, to the site's Ticket Entry Validators , sometimes via Otot Access Back Controller.
• The SW run under Windows XP and above, using SQL type database.
