Plastic Cards Printer

Description:

• The Smart Cards Printer is used to print fan and members cards.
• You can print any ID information you like, and also picture of the supporter or fan.
• The printer is also used to print VIP cards, employee ID cards, security stuff ID cards, etc.
• This device not only print on the card surface, but also it can encode specific information in the card's memory.
• The card can be prepared at real time when the fan or member is at the office.
• Another alternative is to prepare the card at the back office, and to send it by surface mail to the supporter.
• The printer is supplied by us, but it also may be supplied by your local printers vendor
• Otot CRM software can be used to control the printer, or other, 3rd party software can be used to print the card, and then you use our "card encoder" (next item) just to encode the relevant information in the card's memory.

Card's Encoder

Description:

• The Smart RFID Card's Encoder is used to encode information in the card's memory.
• The information is actually all the details of the card's type, venue ID, card holder ID, access terms and permissions, etc.
• The encoding (writing) operation may take place at the venue office, any time before the event, or at the ticket both, at ticket selling real time.
• There are 2 versions: Online and Standalone.
• The Standalone version has a small keyboard, and a 2 lines LCD display, which enable the user to encode relevant personal information (Fan ID number, access limitations if any, last validity date, etc.) as well as the event's parameters: event type, event time, gate number, etc.
• The Online version is either operated by the PC, or report the PC of each card encoded.

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software

Short Description:

The CRM software is used to handle your fans and members information, and print their cards.

Highlights:

• You create 'member's profile' for each of your customers
• The profile may include only basic details, or much more information, for example:
  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Customer type (adult, child, student, etc.)
  • Gate number
  • And many more details as you like.
• You can also set specific parameters for each card/customer, such as:
  • "One entry per event", or "unlimited entries"
  • Staring date
  • Ending date
  • Event's types
  • etc.
• If you want, you can take the customer's picture (or scan an existing picture) , and store it in her/his profile.
• All the information is stored in the application database.
• If you have a card's printer (see above), you can print the member's card, with this SW.
• If you have OTOT's Access Software , the list of all "permitted to enter cards", to the current event, will be transfer to OTOT's entry Validators, so they will be permitted to entry to the current or next event.
• The SW run under Windows XP and above, using SQL type database.
